Description :
The unit consists of stainless steel hopper, processing chamber with beater assembly, motor, dol starter, three speed pulley, screen and sturdy body. Ss beaters having knife and impact edges rotate within a selected screen. The material fed in the hopper enters into the processing chamber where it moves to the pentery and passes through screen. Output & quality of final products depends on shapes of beaters (knife/impact edge) speed size of screen. Stainless steel 304/316 quality hopper and processing chamber beaters and scrapper blades made in stainless steel. Can be easily dismantled and cleaned cylindrical screen for continuous output mill with motor, electrical switchgear along with pillar are mounted on a painted base plate with castors for mobility flame proof electrical motor can be incorporated designed for continuous operation widely used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization, etc.

SPRAY Coater is an attachment to the existing coating pan and most suitable for the rapid and uniform coating of Tablets, Granules & Pallets. Two nos. spray guns are mounted on a portable SS stand. The spray nozzles are operated with the help of a pneumatic cylinder connected with digital timer and solencid valves programmed for a sequential spray. The guns can be tilted at any desired angle. The system consists of a stainless steel 316 quality pressure vessel provided with SS jacket with electric heaters and thermostat control & provided with safety valve, pneumatic oscillating type stirrer fitted on the top of the vessel. The vessel is filled with the coating solution and pressurized with oil moisture free compressed air to get uniform atomized conical spray over the tablet bed inside the coating pan.
"V" Blenders are used for mixing of solid-solid or solid with liquid (Maximum 10%) in powder or granulated form. The mixer has a "V" shaped body held by two horizontal half shafts hold in bearing blocks & mounted on a sturdy structure. The vessel has opening at two ends with covers and outlet butterfly valve for discharge. The vessel is driven with the help of a worm reduction gear box coupled to an electric motor. All contact parts are made of stainless steel 304/316 quality. Stand can be of MS or SS claded for GMP Model. All SS parts are mirror polished to mirror finish from inside and matt finish from outside. The unit is provided with a control panel board with safety railing. It allows smooth mixing without deforming the particles or a strong mixing by breaking the lumps. Discharge by gravity.
Tray dryer is used for the best drying results in conventional process. It is a double walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap between two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets. Stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys. Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are provided for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during process. Machine is provided with control panel board with process timer. Digital temperature controller cum indicator etc.
The double cone blender is an efficient and versatile machine to mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously & widely used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. It consists of a cylindrical shell with two conical frustums provided with opening for charging and discharging. Butterfly valve is provided for discharge. The vessel is mounted on a sturdy stand with bearing blocks & driven through a gear box coupled with motor. The machine is provided with control panel board and safety railing. All jointa argon are welded, ground and polished to mirror finish from inside and malt finish from outside.
Mass mixer is used for mixing dry or dump materials and used for tablet granulation. It consists of a 'U' shaped trough, discharge valve, solid SS end plates, SS shaft with specially designed paddles. The shaft is coupled with heavy duty gear box & motor. The shaft is supported on heavy duty bearing blocks at both the ends and provided with teflon seals & stuffing box. Top cover is provided with acrylic sheet for easy visibility during mixing operation. The motor-gear box assembly is completely covered in enclosure control panel box is provided with the machine with reverse and forward switch for the shaft. MS parts are epoxy painted or cladded with SS sheet for GMP model. All SS parts are polished to mirror finish from inside and outside parts are malt finished.
